Flow from application to return completion
①Select the date and time you would like to bring your sneakers to our Harajuku office (Flag Jingumae), add them to your cart and place your order.
②Please come to the store on the reserved date and time, call 3J (Acid Red KicksWrap Co., Ltd.) on the intercom next to the elevator, and tell the staff the name you used under your reservation. ③After receiving the product, we will return it to your address cash on delivery within 20 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and other long holidays.

[Please check before ordering]
*When you bring your shoes in, we will only accept your sneakers, and after cleaning, we will pack them in bubble wrap, place them in a cardboard box, and send them back to you cash on delivery. (We do not accept sneaker boxes when you bring your shoes in.)
*We do not offer services other than for stains, such as removing glue from soles or removing stubborn stains. (If you are unsure whether a stain can be removed, please contact us using the inquiry form .)
*For sneakers with stain treatment, the stain treatment will disappear during cleaning, so we will clean all other areas before returning them to you.
*Even if parts of the sneakers are expected to be damaged, we will clean all other areas and return them to you.
*Custom sneakers are not available.
*If the sneakers are painted, they cannot be cleaned as the paint may come off during cleaning.
*If you wish to have boots or boot-type sneakers cleaned, there may be an additional charge, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form and attach a photo of the sneakers you would like cleaned.
