This is a delivery service for removing yellowing from soles by professional cleaners. We carefully apply a special stain-removing agent to the area to be treated, and then expose the sneakers to UV rays after taking measures against UV rays to remove the yellowing.

[Process from application to completion of return]

1. Open the chat on the bottom left of the screen, select Shoe Care > Yellowing Removal, and send us images showing the state of yellowing on both sneakers , as well as images of the areas you would like to have yellowing removed (midsole only or midsole and outsole) .

②We will check the degree of yellowing and inform you of the fee plan (Plan A-F) for you to apply for within two business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and long holidays).

①After completing your order, please enclose a piece of paper with your order number (starting with #) listed in the purchase completion email ( if ordering multiple pairs, please indicate which sneakers the service is for) and send the sneakers at your own expense (prepaid) to the address below within 4 days of ordering .

③Once you have received the product, we will return it to your address cash on delivery within 20 business days , excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other major holidays .

*Due to the risk of the sneaker box being damaged or lost during shipping, please send the sneakers without the box, wrapped in bubble wrap or paper, etc., and then placed in a cardboard box. (We cannot guarantee against damage or loss if the sneakers are sent in the sneaker box.)
*We cannot remove yellowing from clear soles (clear parts) or Ultra Boost soles.
*We can also treat used sneakers, but if you are applying for the D-F plan to remove yellowing, please be sure to remove dirt, mud, glue, etc. from the heels before sending them in a clean condition. (You can also add "Outsole Dirt Removal" from the options below.)
*Please note that if the product is sent in a condition that makes it impossible to carry out the above-mentioned work, it may be returned to you at your expense.
