Flow from application to return completion
①After completing your order, please enclose a piece of paper with your order number (starting with #) written on it, which is included in the purchase completion email (if ordering multiple pairs, please write which sneakers you would like the service for) and send it to the address below. Please send the sneakers at your own expense (prepaid) within 4 days of placing your order .

② After the sneakers arrive at our store, we will return them to you cash on delivery within 20 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and special holidays .

*We do not offer services other than for stains, such as removing glue from soles or removing stubborn stains. (If you are unsure whether a stain can be removed, please contact us using the inquiry form .)
*Please note that if the product is sent in a condition that makes it impossible to carry out the above-mentioned work, it may be returned to you at your expense.
*Due to the risk of the sneaker box being damaged or lost during shipping, please send the sneakers without the box, wrapped in bubble wrap or paper, etc., and then placed in a cardboard box. (We cannot guarantee against damage or loss if the sneakers are sent in the sneaker box.)
*For sneakers with stain treatment, the stain treatment will disappear during cleaning, so we will clean all other areas before returning them to you.
*Even if the sneakers are expected to have damaged parts, we will clean the rest of the parts before returning them to you.
*Custom sneakers are not available.
*If the sneakers are painted, they cannot be cleaned as the paint may come off during cleaning.
*If you wish to have boots or boot-type sneakers cleaned, there may be an additional charge, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form and attach a photo of the sneakers you would like cleaned.
