* We do not handle anything other than stains, such as removing glue from the sole.
*Please note that in the unlikely event that the product is sent in a state where the above construction is not possible, it may be returned at the customer's expense.
* Regarding shipping when packing, there is a risk of damaging the exterior and packaging during shipping. There is a possibility that the premier sneaker box will be damaged, so we recommend that you put it in a separate box before shipping.
*If you wish to clean boots or boot-type sneakers, there may be an additional charge, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form and attaching an image of the sneakers you would like to have cleaned.

Flow from application to completion of return
① After completing the application, we will send you an email with the designated shipping address within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), so please send the sneakers at the customer's expense.
② After the sneakers arrive at our store, we will send them back within 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, at the customer's expense.
