We asked @kobary14 , who has given us some of the most beautiful wrapping photos, for an interview.

KicksWrap has a part where the sneaker and the film overlap, so it may be possible to delay hydrolysis because there is no contact with the air . This may be a relief (laughs)
Humidity also accelerates the hydrolysis of sneakers, so putting a desiccant in the sneakers to remove moisture and wrapping them with KicksWrap is my own countermeasure against hydrolysis.
-KicksWrap is made to order from a film maker, and now there is only one hole in the toe.
When the film shrinks, this hole also adheres to the toe, so we think that by tightening the back with a sealer, we can eliminate the inflow and outflow of air as much as possible.
