*We will do our utmost to ensure that the cleaning is done properly, however, we will not refund any cleaning fees if the cleaning results do not meet your expectations.
*In the unlikely event that your sneakers are damaged or otherwise affected during cleaning and are returned to you in a different condition than when they arrived at our store, we will not be held responsible in any way.
*If you also apply for SOLE PLUS 2.0 installation service, if you send sneakers other than those specified by our store, we will return them to you cash on delivery without installing the stickers. Please note that in this case, we will not refund the payment.

*We will take every precaution when applying the product, but even if SOLE PLUS 2.0 peels off after using the service, we will not re-apply the product or provide a refund.

*Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If the item is returned cash on delivery and you refuse to receive it, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs or the purchase price.
*If you are requesting to bring in your shoes for SOLE PLUS 2.0 installation, please bring in a compatible model and clean the soles (if you wish to bring in dirty shoes, please purchase the optional + simple sole cleaning service). Please note that if you do not do this when you bring your shoes in, we will not provide the service or refund the fee.
