Flow from order to completion of return
① After completing your order (payment), we will send you an email with the specified shipping address separately from the order confirmation email. Please send the sneakers prepaid to the designated address. *Please note that we will not be able to accept orders sent by cash on delivery.
(2) Once pasting is completed, we will send it back to the customer's address by cash on delivery.

新品・中古問わず、靴底が綺麗な状態でスニーカーを送るだけ。SOLE PLUS 2.0(価格:1980円)本体代込みで、貼り付け作業をこちらで行います。作業が面倒な方や忙しい方におすすめのサービスです。
着用済みスニーカーも対応OK
着用済みのスニーカーを送る際に靴底が汚れている場合、+990円で弊社で靴底を簡易クリーニングしてから貼り付けを行うことも可能です。オプションページより当代行と一緒にお申し込みください。

面倒な紐通しをこちらで行います。スニーカーの 靴紐は通したまま、通して欲しい靴紐をスニーカーと一緒にお送りください。新品のスニーカーの紐通し対応のみも可能です。
プロダクト入替(本体代込+1320円~)
面倒なインソール交換をこちらでAIR Insoleに入れ替えます。Shoe Guards 2.0を入れてお返しすることも可能です。
